Individual Therapy
Individual counseling is a personalized experience designed to address your unique needs and concerns. Collaboratively, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering insight into your challenges and personal growth. These are weekly sessions at 50 minutes in duration and are offered at a rate of $160.
Couples Therapy
Whether you are looking for premarital, marital or how to effectively co-parent, I am equipped to help you move toward a more secure way of relating to your partner. Our sessions will range from 50 minutes to 2 hours, depending on frequency of sessions. My couples therapy rate is $195 per session.
